We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a founding engineering team and help scale a fast-growing platform serving an expanding enterprise customer base. If you love building from scratch, taking real ownership, and moving fast in environments where things aren’t over-specified, this one’s for you. You’ll be shaping core systems, shipping production features end-to-end, and helping define the engineering culture as they grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Build robust data pipelines and integrations that power financial and emissions insights
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Customer teams to solve real problems and shape product direction
- Own systems from idea → design → production → iteration
- Make pragmatic technical decisions that balance speed, quality, and scale
- Help define engineering best practices that will carry the company forward
Who You Are
- A builder at heart comfortable starting from a blank page
- Confident demoing your work (yes, sometimes to 25+ people)
- Self-directed and able to manage your workload without heavy process
- Equally strong across frontend and backend
- Energised by startup pace, ambiguity, and ownership
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer
- Strong experience building B2B SaaS products
- Proficiency with:
- Frontend: React, TypeScript
- Backend: Node.js and/or Python
Why Join?
- You’ll be an early technical leader, not "employee #50"
- Your work will ship fast and be used by real customers
- You’ll have genuine influence over architecture, culture, and direction
- You’ll grow with the company as it scales
If you’re excited by ownership, impact, and building something meaningful from the ground up, we’d love to talk.
