About the role
Reception Night Team Members work any 5 days out of 7, from 23:00 - 07:30. Everything we do is focused on assuring guests of the comfort, control, and confidence of restful and rejuvenating sleep. Responsibilities include:
- Maintain accurate and efficient reception operations, including managing all guest inquiries and delivering friendly and professional customer service.
- Work closely with the reservations department to maximize sales and encourage repeat custom.
- Guide guests through the booking, check-in, and check-out process, promoting Smart Room Control and upselling where appropriate.
- Ensure professional telephone skills are used when taking reservations and handling calls.
- Understand and utilize the PMS System for check-in, check-out, reservations, and payment processing.
- Handle complaints effectively and efficiently, following company guidelines and involving managers when necessary.
