As a Room Attendant, you will:
- Consistently achieve the required standards of cleanliness, presentation, and care in all guest rooms and public areas
- Develop a positive relationship with all guests, colleagues, and visitors
- Ensure the correct level of security for all guest belongings is achieved
- Ensure the guest rooms are stocked and maintained to the required standard
- Ensure your uniform provided is kept clean, presentable, and in good condition
- Report any maintenance and IT issues correctly
