As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee your team to achieve the required standards of cleanliness, presentation, and care in all guest rooms and public areas
- Train Room Attendants and House Porters in cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Report any maintenance and IT issues correctly
- Work to improve productivity and efficiency of your team’s room cleaning
- Ensure guest rooms are stocked and maintained to the required standard
- Ensure the correct level of security for all guest belongings is achieved
- Complete regular and accurate linen, equipment, and toiletry stock checks
- Develop a positive relationship with all guests, colleagues, and visitors
- Check rooms and public areas
