We’re looking for a motivated Project Manager to help manage our key client projects ensuring we deliver what they require on time and within budget. We’re a growing company working at the cutting-edge of various digital visualisation technologies in a fast-moving market. You’ll work with all areas of the company helping us to deliver a wide variety of bespoke projects to all our clients.

Responsibilities- Manage the delivery of projects to time, scope, quality and budget.
- Assemble and lead project teams in the planning and execution of projects.
- Identify and mitigate risks through each project lifecycle.
- Lead the quality assurance of projects ensuring a high level of quality.
- Implement effective change management to handle scope changes.
- Manage and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide project updates at various levels.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Use company systems to capture required data during the project lifecycle.
- Follow and support the continuous improvement of our processes.
- Create and maintain project and process documentation.
- Support the Business Development Team in producing quotations.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team management and collaboration skills.
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking and risk management.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (and Microsoft 365).

- Experience managing training projects.
- Experience managing and delivering digital solution projects.
- Experience using digital project management tools.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (and Microsoft 365).
- Degree in a relevant field (Project Management etc.)
- PMP / PRINCE II or similar relevant certification.
- Starting salary of £26,450- £32,000 depending on knowledge and experience.
