Projects Co-Ordinator Working to:Group Project Manager Working with:Project Leads & Project Teams Responsible for:Self and Project Teams What does this role contribute to the Company? As Projects Co-Ordinator you will play a key role working across teams including Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, R&D, Engineering and Operations. You will co-ordinate and manage a suite of projects, working with the Project Leads and using your skills/experience to co-ordinate teams to deliver on project milestones at all levels across the company working across multiple projects simultaneously. What we will ask of you: Oversee all aspects of each project which will be running simultaneously. Set deadlines based on the requirements of the projects, assign responsibilities to the relevant internal teams and external partners, and monitor and summarise progress of each project. Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities. Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures -Looking for ways to increase the projects profitability and reduce expenses where possible. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports using Coordinate progress and follow-up meetings for every Project to ensure work is completed on schedule. Provide administrative support across all projects and record meeting minutes where required. Act as the point of contact for all projects and communicate updates to relevant managers/SLT on a regular basis Set up and launch any new Projects in line with established practices and procedures in place. What we are looking for: Essential Third level qualification in Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in managing projects Proficiency in MS Office Packages, in particular excel. Strong understanding of manufacturing environment and how project management applies in this environment Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Can work from Head Office in Magherafelt. What will we do for you?
