That means we need brilliant people to keep our customers smiling, and right now, were looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team to help us deliver the outstanding service our customers love and respect.
Respond to customer queries by phone, email, and live chat.
Support customers through the order process, including orders, fabric samples, and spare parts.
Deliver a first-class customer experience aligned with the Bloc brand.
What we are looking for: - Essential 1+ years experience in customer service or a similar role.
A genuine passion for helping people, with the patience to listen and the confidence to guide.
Computer confidence, great phone etiquette, and an organised approach.
Proficient in MS Office packages, Word, Excel, Outlook.
Desirable Previous customer service experience within a manufacturing organisation.
