That means we need brilliant people to keep our customers smiling, and right now, were looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team to help us deliver the outstanding service our customers love and respect. This role is about being the person our customers remember for all the right reasons: helpful, friendly, and always ready to find the best solution. If you love solving problems, making people happy, and bringing energy to your work, you will fit right in. What we will ask of you: Respond to customer queries by phone, email, and live chat. Support customers through the order process, including orders, fabric samples, and spare parts. Maintain strong product knowledge and explain technical blind-related information confidently. Share common customer feedback or recurring issues with the Team Leader. Deliver a first-class customer experience aligned with the Bloc brand. Manage daily workload effectively and stay organised. What we are looking for: - Essential 1+ years experience in customer service or a similar role. A genuine passion for helping people, with the patience to listen and the confidence to guide. Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Computer confidence, great phone etiquette, and an organised approach. A positive attitude, pride in your work, and the energy to match. Proficient in MS Office packages, Word, Excel, Outlook.
