Join BLM Group as a Trainee Telesales Team Manager and Build Your Own Team Lincolnshire-based. We're an established and successful magazine publisher based in North East Lincolnshire relaunching our outbound sales function and looking for a hands-on sales leader.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee telesales manager, you'd be responsible for recruiting and building your own telesales team to sell ad space on established B2B magazines and their affiliated websites. The position calls for an ambitious, driven candidate who is not only a strong seller but also able to lead and motivate others.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • 1-2 years B2B telesales or outbound sales experience
  • Confident on the phone
  • Good time management skills
  • Resilient
  • Keen to move into management
