Music / Personal Manager (Hona Costello) — LondonHands-on role for a solo artist with existing press and endorsements. Expenses covered; revenue-share compensation (negotiated and contractual).About the artist & market: I’m Hona Costello — artist and model (past work with Sean John) with press and endorsement placements (Billboard, Music Connection, Sony Electronics). Based in Los Angeles but actively building the London market (currently 5,000+ engaged listeners in London and growing every day).Compensation (clear): This is not free work. The label covers all project and event expenses (venues, production, travel, etc.). Compensation is a negotiated, written percentage of revenues from music releases, shows, merch and endorsements.
