As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your mission is to manage and deliver effective recruitment outcomes across a range of roles and disciplines.
You will work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to execute recruitment strategies that meet the evolving needs of the business.
Operating with growing confidence across varied recruitment situations, you will own the recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles and take an increasingly consultative role with stakeholders.

Your Role Within ABK
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across a variety of functions and geographies, supporting hiring across a range of levels and role types.
- Develop strong working relationships with hiring managers and HRBPs - advising on role requirements, market conditions, and best practices for effective hiring.
- Deliver clear, inclusive communication to candidates and stakeholders throughout each stage of the recruitment process.
- Apply DE&I principles to recruitment activities, including sourcing, job design, and candidate evaluation, to ensure fair and inclusive experiences.
- Use recruitment systems (e. g., Workday, Linked In Recruiter) and data to manage pipelines, track activity, and maintain process accuracy.
- Support structured assessments, interviews, and decision-making processes in line with agreed hiring criteria and frameworks.
- Collaborate with the wider TA team and cross-functional partners (e. g., Employer Brand, People Operations) to deliver efficient recruitment campaigns and hiring projects.
- Proactively identify small-scale process improvements and contribute ideas to help improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
Essential Skills and Experience
Experience
- Experience managing end-to-end (360) recruitment processes independently across multiple roles (ideally for Tech, Product or Data disciplines), preferably in a fast-paced or matrixed organization.
- Proven track record of delivering quality hiring outcomes while managing multiple open roles and stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust with hiring managers and partners, using communication and problem-solving to influence outcomes.
- Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in ATS and CRM systems (e. g., Workday, Eightfold), sourcing platforms (Linked In Recruiter), and scheduling or coordination tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to candidates and stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of DE&I principles in hiring and the ability to apply them across different stages of the recruitment process.
- Comfortable analyzing data to inform recruitment decisions, track performance, and recommend improvements.
- Developing business acumen: an emerging understanding of ABK’s business model, hiring needs, and how recruitment contributes to team and company goals.
