Candy Crush is expanding the world of Candy into the real world, bringing fun, colour, and cultural relevance to players everywhere. Brand partnerships are a key pillar of this ambition, helping Candy evolve into an entertainment brand, not just a game. To support this growth, we are hiring a Project Manager, Brand Partnerships on a 12 month contract to own the operational backbone of our partnership work, supporting the Brand Partnerships Lead in delivering high-impact collaborations across sport, music, lifestyle, CPG, and talent.

This role focuses on executional excellence, coordination, and project delivery. You will support the Brand Partnerships Lead by managing day-to-day partnership operations, ensuring projects run smoothly, partners are well supported, and internal teams stay aligned. You will bring strong organisational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to keep projects on track. This role is delivery-focused rather than strategic, and best suited to someone who thrives in operational coordination and structured workflows.

Your Role Within Our Kingdom

We’re looking for a structured, energetic project manager who loves keeping complex projects organised and moving. Working alongside the Brand Partnerships Lead, you will help us deliver the next phase of Candy’s partnership vision, bringing fun to sport, music, lifestyle, and beyond, all while building toward our 15-year anniversary celebrations.

You will manage day-to-day partnership operations, track performance, coordinate across teams, and ensure every activation lands on time, on budget, and with creative excellence.

This role is the operational engine behind Candy’s partnerships, perfect for someone who loves structure, logistics, and making things happen. This role is central to building a repeatable, scalable partnership model that helps Candy close the gap between awareness and consideration and shows up in culture in a more consistent, meaningful way.

Project & Partnership Delivery

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of partnership projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets stay on track.
  • Coordinate across internal teams (Brand, Product Marketing, Creative, Game, Legal, BD) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain project plans, trackers, workflows and approvals to keep work moving efficiently.
  • Support the integration of partners into Candy’s tentpoles, lifestyle collaborations, sport moments, and music activations.
  • Provide operational excellence, helping ensure every activation is delivered to a high standard.
  • Build support documentation, file management, and operational housekeeping to keep partnership processes running smoothly.

Partner & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for partners and agencies, helping clarify requirements, gather assets, and manage approvals.
  • Build strong working relationships with external partners, representing Candy with professionalism and a player-first mindset.
  • Support the organisation by occasional attendance of shoots, partner visits, live moment activations, and cross-team coordination.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track and monitor partnership KPIs, collecting data from internal teams and external partners.
  • Build clear post-campaign reports summarising performance, insights, and recommendations.
  • Support the Brand Partnerships Lead in preparing partnership updates for internal stakeholders and leadership.

Operational & Strategic Support

  • Assist with partner research, category exploration, and opportunity evaluation across sport, music, lifestyle, CPG and talent.
  • Help prepare pitch materials and partner evaluations, using data and insights to strengthen recommendations.
  • Support the development and maintenance of delivery frameworks, asset inventories, and demo materials, without owning the strategic design of these tools.
  • Stay up to date on cultural moments, partnership activity, and market trends to help inform team discussions.

Skills to Create Thrills

  • Experience in project coordination or project management within marketing, partnerships, or related fields.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional workflows.
  • Experience managing external partners, agencies, or vendors.
  • Excellent communicator who thrives on clarity, collaboration, and problem-solving.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance and building reports.
  • Ability to work independently on day-to-day delivery while escalating strategically when needed.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach and strong sense of ownership—but without expectation to set broader strategy or manage a team.
  • Comfortable working behind the scenes to make partnerships land flawlessly.
  • Bonus: experience in entertainment, gaming, sport, music, lifestyle, CPG, licensing, experiential marketing, or sponsorship delivery.
