Activision Blizzard plays a centralized role in the creation of epic entertainment by supporting our interactive gaming brands and studios with a diverse range of career opportunities across corporate functions such as Marketing, Communications, Legal, Human Resources, Finance and Supply Chain. Our progressive Benefits & Mobility team is seeking an Admin to support benefits and mobility tasks across the EMEA region. You'll assist with program support, vendor management, project administration, and contribute to initiatives improving employee wellbeing and process optimization.
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following accountabilities:
- Project Administration: Assist with a variety of benefits and mobility related projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and other initiatives. Tasks include data analysis, tracking project progress, and reporting on potential risks and issues.
- Process Documentation: Document and maintain clear and comprehensive records of EMEA benefits and mobility processes and programs to ensure consistency and compliance.
- HR Support Desk Management: Oversee and maintain the self-service knowledge base, ensuring that articles and updates are accurate and up to date.
- Wellbeing Program Support: Provide administrative assistance for wellbeing initiatives, including reviewing and approving expense claims in accordance with company policies.
- Vendor and Payroll File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date manual records for vendor and payroll files.
- Benefits Communications: Support the delivery of benefits-related communications to employees, ensuring clarity and engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in administrative and project management roles is essential.
- Experience in HR is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great teammate who is eager to learn, contribute, and drive forward initiatives.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fluid and constantly evolving environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- HRIS system experience is highly desirable.
