London based, hybrid working. As measurement becomes increasingly central to how advertisers evaluate success, we’re expanding our Insight team to strengthen our effectiveness capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of client strategy, media measurement, and commercial growth - helping clients define meaningful success metrics, delivering robust evidence of campaign performance, and shaping the future of our measurement offering in a rapidly evolving media landscape.
THE TEAM: Insight & Effectiveness
Book-ending the sales process with strategic input and robust measurement, the Insight Team is formally expanding to include Measurement and Campaign Effectiveness. Our goal is to ensure outcomes align to objectives - from ‘pitch to PCA’ - setting every campaign up for success, and providing evidence of the business impact we deliver to clients.
What you’ll do
This role is part client-facing - consulting on the best applications of our tech and tools to address client measurement requirements; and part operational effectiveness - ensuring smooth liaison between Sales, Insight, and our remote team of analysts. Your key stakeholders will be in Sales and Product, while your closest collaborators will be the regional Insight Leads, and remote Analysis & Effectiveness Lead. You will balance best practice with pragmatism, combining analytical competence with commercial sensibilities - delivering evidence of outcomes in a clear, accessible, meaningful way. Measurement is a key part of our offering, and this role will ensure we stay on the front-foot - keeping pace with industry expectations, and exploring future solutions.
Day to day:
A typical day might include a client call to properly understand their brief and make recommendations for the most appropriate measurement solution, a status check-in with our Analysis & Effectiveness Team, and some quality control on a report before getting together with Insight to insert the findings into a narrative-led campaign wrap-up.
Bigger picture
The ever-changing media landscape - technology, legislation and consumer behaviour - means measurement methodologies must constantly adapt to fit. The onus is on us to keep our solutions appropriate and applicable, especially when established off-the-shelf offerings may not quite match the brief and flexibility is required. Developing an understanding of our available data sources (or what might be useful that we don’t already access) will be key to ensuring legitimacy here. In addition to being hands on for our top tier clients’ reporting, you will lead and/or contribute to multi-market effectiveness initiatives - providing the evidence that underpins the impact of our advertising solutions. You will maintain oversight of regional and local research and measurement partner relationships (e.g., third-party verification, lift studies, etc.) as required.
Who we are looking for
- Methodologically & Analytically Fluent: Effectiveness is about proving business value. You are fully comfortable taking complex data sets or statistical outputs and relaying them in plain language.
- Measurement Expertise: Deep understanding of industry-standard research tools, attribution modelling, clean rooms, and media effectiveness practices (e.g., brand/sales lift, MMM integration, or A/B testing) is highly valued.
- Strategic Mindset: You constantly evaluate how to make the best use of our measurement suite to solve core client challenges and bake these measurement frameworks into long-term client partnerships.
- Agile & Proactive: A can-do / will-try approach is essential. You bring your own initiative and recognise which high-value projects to prioritise when necessary.
- Commercial Nous: You understand the nuances of the client-agency-vendor dynamic. You know exactly where our adtech solutions fit, how to communicate our value proposition, and how to leverage measurement to drive revenue.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management: Ability to handle competing priorities, juggle multiple study timelines, and delegate effectively to deliver projects on time across the end-to-end campaign lifecycle.
- Ownership and Accountability: You take pride and responsibility for your role within the team, demonstrating company values, self-awareness, and resilience.
- Ideas and Opinions: Don’t assume the way the industry measures success today is how we will measure it tomorrow. Iterative—and even radical—innovations to our effectiveness capabilities are always welcome.
- Experience: As a guide, we are looking for 6+ years of experience working within an adtech vendor, media owner, agency, or research platform, with a dedicated background in media effectiveness, research, or insight roles.
