T-Mobile Advertising Solutions (T-Ads) is building a next-generation advertising business by bringing together Blis, Vistar, and T-Ads into a unified, scaled platform. We are seeking a highly analytical and driven individual contributor to support Revenue Operations & Analytics for the Blis EMEA business. This role will be the primary RevOps partner for the region, working closely with regional sales leadership and Finance to drive forecasting, performance insights, and operational rigor across the EMEA P&L. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can balance hands-on execution with building scalable processes.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary Revenue Operations & Analytics partner for the Blis EMEA business across the UK, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands
- Own end-to-end sales analytics, including pipeline forecasting, KPI standardization, seller performance tracking, and new business vs retention insights
- Partner with Finance Business Partners (FBPs) on monthly and quarterly forecasting, pacing, and target setting
- Support the design and alignment of seller compensation structures and goal setting in partnership with Finance and Sales leadership
- Build and maintain CRM dashboards and reporting to provide clear visibility into regional performance
- Support and run core operating cadences including pipeline reviews, forecast submissions, and QBR preparation
- Drive CRM governance and pipeline hygiene across the sales lifecycle, including onboarding and adoption of tools such as Salesforce and Zoho
- Deliver actionable insights on performance, risks, and opportunities to regional leadership
- Support integration efforts across T-Ads, Blis, and Vistar by helping align reporting, metrics, and processes
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, HR, and Accounting to support deal execution, commissions, invoicing accuracy, and revenue tracking
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and operational efficiency
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support strategic and day-to-day business decisions
- Partner closely with US-based Revenue Operations counterparts, including the Blis US RevOps Manager, to ensure alignment on reporting, processes, and operating cadence across regions
- Operate effectively within a global team structure, collaborating with US-based stakeholders and leadership across time zones
What We’re Looking For
- 4–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Analytics, or similar roles
- Experience supporting sales teams or revenue-generating organizations, ideally across multiple regions
- Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance analytics
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations stakeholders
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership in a lean, high-growth environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and/or SQL, and familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and/or Zoho
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and process discipline
- Clear communicator who can translate data into practical insights
- Experience working in global organizations with distributed teams, including regular collaboration with US-based stakeholders
- Willingness to work flexibly across time zones, including regular overlap with West Coast US teams
