Part Time Building Concierge in London

We are looking for a welcoming and practical individual to join our team, the role is based at a Private Residential Building in Docklands, East London.
The role includes a variety of duties that would suit someone who likes to keep busy and also develop relationships with residents in the building as the 'Front of House' team member for the building.
Typical Duties include: Greeting Residents Answering Resident Queries and referring to building management as required. Daily/Weekly Building checklists/tasks Ad-Hoc Cleaning, with the primary cleaning carried out by a part time cleaner Swapping of Bins within the bin room (these are large 1100L bins which can get heavy) Emptying of bins in the communal areas
Hours:
Monday to Thursday 5 Hours in the Morning (Flexible to the candidate but ideally 7am to 2pm Friday 6 Hours from 6am to 2pm
The role would suit an active individual who likes to keep busy but also has good people skills and can help answer queries and basic questions as you develop your experience.
