The role:

We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to fuel our pipeline and create first-class first impressions with prospective customers. You’ll identify opportunities, lead outbound outreach, and qualify interest-turning cold conversations into real sales opportunities for the business. This is a high-activity, front-line role where resilience, curiosity, and pace matter. You’ll be speaking to prospects daily, testing messaging, and continuously improving how we break into new accounts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively approaching new businesses via cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Identifying and prospecting businesses to generate interest and pursue new opportunities.
  • Working closely with Account Executives to increase the meeting booked-to-sale ratio.
  • Using Salesforce to accurately record client information.
  • You’ll have the ability to speak to a varied range of people and decision makers at different levels of the business.
  • High energy and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Inquisitive nature and sees setbacks as an opportunity to learn.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets, whether in academia, professional or extracurricular activities.
  • Able to show initiative, be a self-starter, and eager to learn.
