About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Senior Sales Executive with a strong hunter profile to drive business development and revenue growth in the education and publishing technology sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying, engaging, and closing new B2B business opportunities, as well as fostering long-term client relationships. This role requires a strong technical understanding of educational technology solutions and the ability to translate technical concepts into value-driven sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within the education and publishing technology industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including publishers, educational institutions, and EdTech providers.
- Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing clients with in-depth knowledge of educational technology solutions and their benefits.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand market presence.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6+ years of sales experience in the education, publishing, or EdTech industry.
- Proven ability to develop new business, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
- Strong network and experience dealing with publishers, educational institutions, or EdTech companies.
- Technical understanding of digital learning platforms, LMS, AI-driven education solutions, or similar technologies.
- Native or proficient English level is required; fluency in French or Italian is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
