About the role
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Lead to join our founding team in London. You will work directly alongside the founder to manage our inbound pipeline and execute strategic outbound campaigns. We are looking for someone commercially minded and culturally plugged-in to manage demand, qualify high-value leads, and initiate conversations with founders of fast-growing companies. We are only accepting applications from candidates currently based in London who already have the legal right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline management: Take ownership of our CRM and inbound lead funnel. Ensure every inquiry is tracked, nurtured, and receives a strategic follow-up.
- Community and network engagement: Initiate meaningful, peer-to-peer conversations with founders within our existing digital ecosystem.
- Strategic outbound: Identify recently funded startups and high-growth companies that align with Blink Twice’s creative vision, and execute targeted outreach.
- Lead qualification: Act as the first point of contact. Qualify prospects to ensure they have the ambition and budget for our services, and tee them up for strategy calls with the Creative Director.
- Strategic positioning: Understand our tiered studio offerings to recommend the right entry point for prospective clients.
Requirements

- Experience in a startup, agency, or high-ticket sales environment.
