Blink - The Employee App is seeking a proactive Customer Success professional to join our UK team. You will partner with a portfolio of customers, guiding them to achieve their business goals while maximizing value from Blink across the UK, US and Australia.
In this hybrid London-based role, you will build strong relationships with day-to-day users up to executive sponsors, lead renewals and expansion conversations, and contribute to the product roadmap by championing the voice of the customer.
