Position Overview
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
You will own a key area of marketing, driving growth and shaping our product’s market position.
This role involves collaborating with product, sales, engineering, and customer success teams to bring products to market and maximize impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop product positioning and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
- Plan and execute high‑impact product launches, aligning product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Create sales enablement collateral and training materials to empower sales teams and channel partners.
- Develop and execute bold go‑to‑market strategies for new releases and feature updates.
- Partner with content marketing to produce engaging product‑related content such as case studies, blogs, videos and whitepapers.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product management, engineering, customer success) to ensure alignment on product goals and customer needs.
- Monitor competitive products and industry trends to stay ahead of the market.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, measuring impact on customer satisfaction, acquisition, retention, and revenue.
- Build relationships with key customers for testimonials, case studies and user groups.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably in a Saa S environment.
- Exceptional storytelling skills and ability to translate data and product requirements into high‑impact marketing.
- Proven success in cross‑functional teamwork and managing external contributors.
- Experience in employee experience platforms, internal communications software, frontline workforce tools or broader HR tech is a plus.
- Willingness to work from our London office three days a week.
