About the technology graduate programme
From day one, you’ll be coding. Not shadowing, not just watching — you’ll be building.
Over 18 months, you’ll rotate across teams every six months.
You’ll explore the front end, back end, Dev Ops, and product – working within agile, cross‑functional squads alongside senior and junior developers who are there to support your growth.
This is a rare opportunity to learn in the real world, backed by mentorship, and surrounded by a team that wants to see you succeed.
- What you’ll do
- Contribute to production code that reaches real users.
- Build scalable, reliable, and performant software.
- Learn and apply engineering best practices across the stack.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to solve meaningful problems.
- Explore different areas of the tech team via team rotations.
- Be part of the full software development lifecycle in an agile environment.
- What we’re looking for
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph D).
- Recent graduates or 1-2 years working in industry post-degree.
- Solid programming and software design fundamentals.
- Experience with relational databases and a strong grasp of data structures and algorithms.
- An interest in full-stack development – from UI to infrastructure.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Curiosity, humility, and a passion for learning and technology.
- Great knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Java Script, Python, or C++.
