What you\\\’ll do
You\\\’ll take projects from brief to delivery-modelling, lighting, texturing, rendering and post-producing stills, animations and verified views. You\\\’ll collaborate with our creative director, PM and fellow artists, and you\\\’ll speak directly with clients via email, phone and video.
- Build accurate, efficient 3D from drawings and supplied models (SketchUp/Revit/CAD).
- Light, texture and render to a high standard (3ds Max + V-Ray + Vantage).
- Post-produce in Photoshop (including AI-assisted enhancements).
- Deliver camera matching and verified views.
- Manage priorities in changing briefs; keep work clean, organised (in line with Blink-protocols) and handover-ready.
- Proven ArchViz experience with a strong portfolio
- Experience working on large scale projects
- Solid skills in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Chaos Vantage, Photoshop, Forest Pack, RailClone.
- Confident composition, lighting, materials; able to \”fill in the gaps\” on evolving designs.
- Comfortable speaking with clients on calls and screen-shares.
- You must be resident in the UK and have the right to work here. We\\\’re fully remote but occasionally meet in person for training or team events.
- AI-positive mindset (e.g., Photoshop AI, Krea). You don\\\’t need to know every tool-just be curious, adaptable and pragmatic.
- As we are remote and store data in the cloud, a rapid and reliable internet connection is essential (both upload and download speeds)

- Experience in industrial/logistics visuals.
- Animation/keyframing; basic video editing for simple productions.
- Understanding of real-time rendering/production.
