We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to shape our user experience, collaborating with product managers and engineers. You will be the bridge between user needs and technical implementation, balancing creative design with functionality. The role involves a hybrid work model with three fixed days in our Old Street office.
Your responsibilities include:
- Designing intuitive and attractive user interfaces that bring concepts to life.
- Conducting user research and translating feedback into actionable insights.
- Creating pixel-perfect designs that facilitate smooth development.
- Maintaining and evolving our design system to ensure consistency and quality.
- Analyzing data to refine and optimize user experience.
Ideal candidate profile:
- 5+ years of experience in product design.
- A portfolio that demonstrates impactful and innovative designs (B2B experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
- Passion for research and data-driven design improvements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating closely with development teams.
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
