You will be the bridge between user needs and technical implementation, balancing creative design with functionality. The role involves a hybrid work model with three fixed days in our Old Street office.Your responsibilities include:Designing intuitive and attractive user interfaces that bring concepts to life.Conducting user research and translating feedback into actionable insights.Creating pixel-perfect designs that facilitate smooth development.Maintaining and evolving our design system to ensure consistency and quality.Analyzing data to refine and optimize user experience.Ideal candidate profile:5+ years of experience in product design.A portfolio that demonstrates impactful and innovative designs (B2B experience is a plus).Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.Passion for research and data-driven design improvements.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating closely with development teams.Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.About us: We are a diverse, motivated, and positive team that values learning, sharing knowledge, and healthy debate.
