What you’ll do

  • Event Management: You’re obsessed with being organised! The EMEA event calendar will be your baby to manage from scoping, budgeting and planning to onsite execution and follow up of in person and online events (webinars and conferences).
  • Drive a culture of partnership and accountability with our sales team, providing event preparation, setting clear goals and measuring the success of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Campaign Management: Own the campaign execution for all EMEA campaign outbound activity. Knowing how to get the best outcomes with our immediate (internal) customer - the sales team! Understanding pain points and mapping these to opportunities for marketing to drive results. You are the do-er in the team. You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are executed on brand, on time and are generating measurable results!
  • Marketing Operations: Be the expert on all marketing operations, including CRM reporting (with the RevOps team), finding and driving efficiencies, building workflows and lists, and ensuring operational excellence across the marketing team. Partner with your counterpart in the US to ensure best practice sharing and efficiency at scale.

About You

  • We’re looking for someone with high energy, a can-do attitude and an appetite to develop in a fast-growing company.
  • The ideal candidate for us is someone who is resourceful, inquisitive, a fast learner with an ability to connect with the wider team.
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in marketing.
  • Be passionate about delivering best in class marketing and has worked in a fast paced scaling culture where things move fast and the team are agile.
  • Has experience building an operational event process.
  • Comfortable with the ambiguity that comes with working at a fast paced scale-up.
  • Data driven, can show impact and tell stories using data.
  • Has exceptional team and senior stakeholder management skills.
  • Is a proactive problem solver and enjoys getting stuck in!
