We’re looking for a driven, creative, and seriously high‑ownership Growth Marketing Manager who loves moving quickly, experimenting boldly, and building growth loops. With a self‑serve, product‑led model driving nearly $1M ARR in under a year, we’re proving the potential of a scalable PLG + sales engine. The opportunity is massive and we are looking to grow 10x in the next year.
What You’ll Do
- Build and run creative campaigns across social, content, email, SEO, partnerships, GEO - driving inbound discovery and organic demand.
- Spot cultural moments, product insights, and user stories that make Blink stand out then turn them into high‑performing content.
- Repurpose product learnings into messaging that improves acquisition and activation.
- Support landing page optimisation with sharper narratives, CRO input, and collaboration with design + product marketing.
- Use analytics tools (GA4, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Mixpanel) to evaluate channels, experiments, funnel performance and rapidly put those data driven insights to work.
- Partner with Sales to ensure top‑of‑funnel interest turns into quality PQLs and real opportunities.
- Contribute to playbooks and nurture journeys that help users progress through self‑serve and sales‑assisted paths.
- Work with the Growth squad to improve onboarding, in‑product prompts and "aha moments."
- Experiment your way into higher trial engagement, better activation, and stronger early retention.
Requirements
- 3‑5 years in growth, digital, or PLG marketing (ideally SaaS).
- Creative storyteller with strong instincts for campaigns, content, and narrative.
- Comfortable in data, funnel metrics, and fast experimentation.
- Collaborative, curious, and excited to build growth motions from the ground up.
- Bias for action — you love momentum and you love results!
