BLINK Dance Theatre are seeking a highly organised and proactive Company Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of BLINK. The role will work across our operations, programmes and access work, helping to coordinate activity, maintain organisational systems, and ensure our artists, freelancers and staff have the administrative support they need to thrive.
What you’ll be doing
This role brings together company administration, programme coordination and access administration into one central position, providing essential support across the organisation and helping ensure our work is delivered to the highest possible standard.

- Experience working in an administrative, coordination or office support role
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively within a small team
- Understanding of, or willingness to learn, how to work inclusively within a Learning Disabled and neurodivergent-led organisation
