Weβre hiring a talented Account Manager to support a portfolio of existing commercial and public sector clients in the Electric Vehicle Charger space. In this role, you will drive business growth and lead relationships with our key customers in the UK. Youβll build and nurture strategic relationships, identify growth opportunities within your accounts and ensure client retention across your portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients
- Monthly/Quarterly reporting
- Monthly/Quarterly client meetings / service reviews
- Contract management life-cycle including SLA management and contract renewal negotiations
- Client retention of portfolio
- Account growth β actively seek opportunities within your accounts to grow the account and Blinks overall network. Identify and target revenue opportunities
- Maintain accurate client records on internal systems e.g. Salesforce
- Ensure a high level of service is delivered to your portfolio of clients
- Liaising with other areas of the business to agree and streamline processes

- Able to deliver a high level of customer service
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Contract life-cycle management including SLA management and strong negotiation skills
- Problem solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic industry
