Role Description
As Training Manager you will be responsible for driving excellence in both treatment delivery and product education. You will support onboarding and ongoing development programmes, ensure consistency of brand standards, and empower our teams to achieve exceptional service and commercial performance.
Treatment Responsibilities
- Organise and deliver new starter training programmes, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Train and develop therapists to deliver all treatments to Blink Brow Bar standards consistently.
- Drive continuous learning and development across all teams to maximise productivity and performance.
- Work closely with Business Managers to ensure a full treatment offering is available across all viable locations.
- Deliver engaging workshops, training sessions, and educational classes to support learning and development.
- Ensure all team members have comprehensive knowledge of treatments to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Inspire and motivate teams, promoting engagement, collaboration, and a high-performance culture.
- Gather and communicate feedback from teams, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by maintaining personal treatment expertise and supporting events.
Product Responsibilities
- Drive product sales through education on service experience, artistry skills, product knowledge, selling techniques, clientelling, and visual merchandising.
- Deliver consistent and effective education programmes through in-person, digital, and virtual learning platforms.
- Monitor sales performance and coach therapists to maximise productivity and commercial results.
- Demonstrate flexibility and agility, adapting priorities to meet the changing needs of the business.
- Deliver proactive education ahead of product launches and monitor launch performance, supporting teams to overcome challenges.
About You
- Strong background in beauty or brow services, threading is essential, with hands‐on experience in salon or spa environments.
- Proven experience in training, education, or coaching within the beauty industry.
- Strong treatment and product knowledge with a passion for developing people.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Commercially minded with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in a fast‐paced environment.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards.
Please note: This role includes participation in the retail rota, including shared Saturday cover.
