Role & Responsibilities
What You’ll Own:
- As the lead PM on our UX squad, you will have end-to-end ownership of:
- The UX product vision and roadmap across Hunter Douglas’ global e-commerce sites
- The Customer Service operations workstream, including CS tool ownership, platform migrations, and ongoing enhancements
- Discovery, strategy, prioritization, experimentation, delivery, and post-launch optimization within your domains
- User experience quality and consistency across our e-commerce platforms
- Balancing global platform standards with regional market nuances
- Performance outcomes: you measure success in business impact, not feature output
Leadership & Team Impact:
- This role carries genuine leadership responsibility:
- Lead and provide day-to-day direction to the UX and CS Operations squads, working closely with engineering and design
- Act as a mentor and sounding board for other product managers on the team
- Drive clarity in ambiguous situations, aligning teams around outcomes when the path isn’t obvious
- Represent the product perspective in stakeholder discussions across North America, EMEA, and APAC
- Help shape our product culture, raise the bar on how we work, and model what great product looks like
Strategy & Domain Leadership:
- Define and evolve a clear UX product vision that ladders up to commercial and business strategy
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable, sequenced initiatives
- Identify high-impact opportunities through data, customer research, and stakeholder collaboration
- Own prioritization and trade-off decisions within your domain
Experimentation & Outcome Ownership:
- Define success metrics and expected business impact before development begins
- Design structured experiments: hypothesis framing, test design, measurable criteria
- Analyze results and make evidence-based decisions on next steps
- Own continuous optimization post-launch and foster a culture of disciplined experimentation
Delivery Leadership:
- Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, and commercial teams
- Own backlog prioritization and sequencing with an outcome-first mindset
- Make informed trade-off decisions under real constraints

- 5-7 years of product management experience in digital, e-commerce, SaaS, or comparable environments, with demonstrated senior-level ownership
- Track record of owning a product area with clear, measurable commercial or customer impact
- Experience defining product strategy, not just executing against predefined requirements
- Strong prioritization and trade-off decision-making skills in fast-moving environments
- Proven ability to lead initiatives end-to-end: discovery through delivery and optimization
- Ability to influence cross-functional and global stakeholders without direct authority
- Comfortable operating in distributed, multi-region teams
- Proven instincts of a senior PM: strategic thinking, mentorship, stakeholder leadership
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Shopify or working through a platform migration
- Background in UX-focused product management; you understand design systems and conversion
- Experience with experimentation platforms such as VWO, Optimizely, or similar
