We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager who is ready for more than a standard PM role. You’ve spent 3–5 years honing your craft, you own outcomes (not just features), and you’re starting to think and operate at a strategic level. This role is designed for someone who wants to lead, shape direction, and help grow a team of talented, hungry product managers around them.
You’ll own two high-impact product domains: the UX experience across our e-commerce sites and our Customer Service operations workstream, including CS tools, migrations, and platform enhancements. If you’ve been waiting for the right opportunity to step into a leadership-adjacent role with genuine scope and visibility, this is it.
Our Company
At Blinds2go and Hunter Douglas our people are our stars, we believe our team will help us on our journey to realise our dream in becoming the fastest growing, most loved and most efficient window coverings company in the world.
- Transparency: We lead by example and inspire others to achieve excellence in the right way.
- Entrepreneurship: We focus on what matters with a sense of urgency, we quickly adapt and constantly innovate to meet customer needs.
- Accountability: We take ownership and are responsible for our actions and decisions.
- Meritocracy: We set challenging but realistic targets and deliver results in a passionate way; integrity and hard work are at the core of our culture, we go the extra mile.
Role & Responsibilities
What You’ll Own:
- As the lead PM on our UX squad, you will have end-to-end ownership of:
- The UX product vision and roadmap across Hunter Douglas’ global e-commerce sites
- The Customer Service operations workstream, including CS tool ownership, platform migrations, and ongoing enhancements
- Discovery, strategy, prioritization, experimentation, delivery, and post-launch optimization within your domains
- User experience quality and consistency across our e-commerce platforms
- Performance outcomes: you measure success in business impact, not feature output
Leadership & Team Impact: This role carries genuine leadership responsibility:
- Lead and provide day-to-day direction to the UX and CS Operations squads, working closely with engineering and design
- Act as a mentor and sounding board for other product managers on the team
- Drive clarity in ambiguous situations, aligning teams around outcomes when the path isn’t obvious
- Represent the product perspective in stakeholder discussions across North America, EMEA, and APAC
- Help shape our product culture, raise the bar on how we work, and model what great product looks like
Strategy & Domain Leadership:
- Define and evolve a clear UX product vision that ladders up to commercial and business strategy
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable, sequenced initiatives
- Identify high-impact opportunities through data, customer research, and stakeholder collaboration
- Own prioritization and trade-off decisions within your domain
Experimentation & Outcome Ownership:
- Define success metrics and expected business impact before development begins
- Design structured experiments: hypothesis framing, test design, measurable criteria
- Analyze results and make evidence-based decisions on next steps
- Own continuous optimization post-launch and foster a culture of disciplined experimentation
Delivery Leadership:
- Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, and commercial teams
- Own backlog prioritization and sequencing with an outcome-first mindset
- Make informed trade-off decisions under real constraints
- Ensure solutions are scalable, commercially viable, and operationally sustainable
- Support accurate reporting of product and development effort for governance
Global Stakeholder Engagement:
- Navigate stakeholders across North America, EMEA, and APAC with confidence and commercial awareness
- Balance global platform consistency with regional requirements
- Influence senior stakeholders toward outcome-focused decisions
- Drive alignment when priorities compete across regions or business units
Person Profile
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3–5 years of product management experience in digital, e-commerce, SaaS, or comparable environments
- Demonstrated ownership of a product area with measurable commercial or customer impact; you can point to it
- Experience defining product strategy, not just executing against predefined requirements
- Strong prioritization and trade-off decision-making skills in fast-moving environments
- Proven ability to lead initiatives end-to-end: discovery through delivery and optimization
- Ability to influence cross-functional and global stakeholders without direct authority
- Comfortable operating in distributed, multi-region teams
- Starting to show the instincts of a senior PM: strategic thinking, mentorship, stakeholder leadership
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Shopify or working through a platform migration
- Background in UX-focused product management; you understand design systems and conversion
- Experience with experimentation platforms such as VWO, Optimizely, or similar
- Familiarity with customer service platforms (Zendesk, Nice CX One, Decagon) or CRM/marketing automation tools (Bloomreach, Klaviyo)
- Experience working across complex, multi-market stakeholder landscapes
- Background in SaaS or subscription-based digital products
