This is a brilliant opportunity for a creative, hands-on designer who can balance daily production with bold, brand-driven thinking. You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality visual assets across web, email, paid and organic social, and beyond – while also supporting with creative and content on larger projects like our upcoming rebranding and international campaigns.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Work across 6 markets with localised assets, creating processes and design frameworks to support cross-market campaigns.
  • Create stand out visual content across websites, e-mail, social media and print.
  • Play a vital role in the delivery and roll out of our upcoming international rebranding.
  • Contribute to big-picture brand initiatives, including seasonal campaigns.
  • Prioritise and manage a high volume of creative briefs.
  • Play a central role in Marketing, collaborating and prioritising with stakeholders across the business.
  • Finding opportunities to work smarter, including templating assets and a brand framework to enable teams in the creation of recurring visual assets.
  • Assistance with video editing, liaising closely with the content team to ensure edits are suitable for suit, marketing channels and localised markets too.
  • Help evolve and maintain our brand identity and creative guidelines as we grow.

Person Profile

  • 4+ years of experience as a designer in a fast-paced digital / e-commerce environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing polished digital design – especially for websites, email, social, and campaign creative.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Canva experience is considered a plus.
  • Solid understanding of visual balance and composition including layout, colour, typography, and digital best practices.
  • A natural eye for detail and a passion for brand storytelling.
  • Great communicator who can work well across teams and international markets.
  • Able to balance content production with creative input and proactive ideas.
