The Paid Social Media Executive will be responsible for delivering, optimising and reporting on paid social advertising campaigns for Blinds 2go. Working closely with the Paid Social Media Manager and the wider Marketing Team, you will help ensure campaigns are targeted, effective and continually improving. You will contribute to driving brand awareness, customer acquisition and overall performance across paid social channels through data‐led decisions, creative testing and consistent campaign management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Set up, monitor and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other platforms.
- Work with the Paid Social Media Manager and our agency to ensure campaigns meet performance targets.
- Use platform tools and analytics to understand audience behaviour and creative performance.
- Ensure all creative assets meet brand guidelines and support campaign objectives.
- Work closely with the Paid Social Media Manager, agency partners and the wider Marketing Team to plan and review campaigns.
- Create clear briefs for the Content Team and agency partners.
- Communicate campaign timelines, requirements and performance updates to relevant stakeholders.
Operational Tasks
- Support campaign setup including asset preparation, tracking links, audiences and budgets.
- Monitor daily spend, pacing and performance using spreadsheets and platform tools.
- Follow internal processes for tracking, approvals and asset management, coordinating with the agency when required.
Reporting
- Analyse performance against KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC and engagement metrics.
- Produce reports outlining results, insights and optimisation recommendations.
- Assist with weekly, monthly and ad‐hoc performance summaries for the wider business, including agency insights.
Person Profile
- Strong interest in social media, digital advertising and emerging platform trends.
- Previous experience in paid social, digital marketing or a related role (in‐house or agency).
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when reviewing creative, targeting and performance data.
- Clear and confident communicator, able to work effectively with internal teams, agency partners and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and produce meaningful performance insights.
- Quick to learn systems, tools and product knowledge to support effective campaign delivery.
