What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking 2‑3 new trustees who can bring fresh perspectives and specialist expertise to complement our existing board. We’re particularly interested in candidates with:
- Lived experience of sight loss – authentic perspective is invaluable
- Fundraising and income generation expertise – major donors, grants, corporate partnerships
- Technology sector experience – digital services, accessibility, product development
- Senior leadership experience – CEO or Director‑level in relevant sectors

The Role
