Wandsworth Carers’ Centre in London is seeking a Carers Support and Development Worker focused on advice and learning disabilities. You will provide information, support and advocacy to unpaid carers through one-to-one appointments, case work and group facilitation, with a focus on welfare benefits and housing.
This full-time role involves managing a busy caseload, delivering training, and recording case information to required standards, while working with a friendly team to improve carers' lives.
