- Focus on auditing, monitoring, and review – reviewing processes to improve and re-implement procedures.
- Familiarity with engineering projects in an electronics design/development and manufacturing facility, where tracking design changes is key.
- Lead both internal and external audits, liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure readiness and compliance, addressing any findings with appropriate corrective actions.
- Experience of working within an ISO environment and gaining accreditations.

THE PERSON
A graduate calibre individual, ideally with a technical background, who has a proven track record of success in senior QHSE roles. We are looking for flexibility and a can-do attitude alongside excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) who enjoys working within a SME sized company, and owning the role. Experience of maintaining an ISO 9001 accreditation is essential. Some knowledge of export controls would be helpful, but training can be provided. An approach that focuses on the solution rather than the problem. A self-motivated individual, being a subject matter expert in this field. Experience of implementing a DMS would be helpful.
