The role involves managing a comprehensive client list, providing line management, and contributing significantly to the operational success of the firm through participation in Management Committee Meetings and committee leadership. You will directly contribute to the achievement of the business's performance targets, aims, and objectives, advising clients on their tax affairs. Ideally, you will already be working in a managerial capacity or aspiring to do so.

You will become part of the management team, involved in department work planning, appraisals, and guiding junior team members on technical and day-to-day matters. A qualification such as ACA, ATT, or CTA is essential for this role. Mentorship by senior management will support your soft skills development, including client and staff management. Personal coaching will be available to help you beyond formal qualifications, tailored to your individual aspirations, and assist in plotting your route to Director or Partner.
