The role

We are looking for someone to join our internal BAU support team as a 3rd line support technician. We are looking to find someone to provide advanced technical support for IT infrastructure, systems, and services, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. This role handles complex incidents and requests escalated from 1st and 2nd line support, supports project delivery which would be handed down from the Service Delivery Manager and Service desk manager. You will also be required to be a part of upgrades to internal systems when they are available to either implement or be available for support if required.

The Candidate should be able to show they have the skills and experience as outlined in the job spec, as well as the ability to work as part of a team and help out 1st line and 2nd line even if it's outside their role.
