Key accountabilities:
- Keeping track of the upcoming Companies House filing deadlines for your client portfolio and making sure that filings are made on time.
- Ensuring that the clients’ statutory registers are accurately maintained and up to date.
- Preparation of board and shareholders’ minutes and resolutions, Companies House forms and any supporting documents required to record the changes to client company’s details including changes of company’s officers or their details, registered office address, company’s name, accounting reference date, persons with significant control, share allotments and transfers, removal of charges on the client’s record at Companies House.
- Assisting with the formation of UK companies and LLPs.
- Assisting with the registration of the UK establishments of overseas companies.
- Assisting with ID verification for Companies House.
