Key accountabilities include:
- Applying a structured methodology and leading change management activities.
- Leveraging change management methodologies, processes, and tools to create strategies supporting adoption of changes.
- Supporting communication efforts and enabling the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
- Conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.
- Taking ownership of firm-wide technical trainings and supporting the design and delivery of training programmes.
- Independently managing smaller-scale change initiatives and delivering end-to-end change.
