The role
Our ACA Audit School Leaver Scheme is based within our Corporate Audit and Entrepreneurial Services teams. These teams provide services to a wide range of clients, from business owners and stakeholders of international groups to family and smaller privately-owned businesses including those with private equity backing. Working within our audit team, you will get exposure to all facets of preparing and auditing year-end financial statements as well as preparing the related corporation tax returns. You will gain a genuine mix of experience across different business sectors and from large international corporates to small and medium sized UK businesses.
This scheme forms part of a level 7 programme. We have created a first-class training and development programme to set you up for success providing the support you need to complete the ACA qualification. Alongside your day to day work you will attend college and/or study days for exams and will be assigned a designated buddy who will help you settle into life at the firm. This role will start in September 2026.
What can we offer you?
When you join Blick Rothenberg, you gain much more than a qualification. You join the Blick Rothenberg culture and way of life. You will enjoy early responsibility and will find our business to be friendly and our working environment to be both lively and stimulating. To balance the demands of a busy role and study, our teams host regular social events, and our annual firm-wide Summer and Christmas Parties are enjoyed by all. We are committed to the development of our people. In addition to you training with our external training provider, we run regular in-house technical training courses as well as practical personal development training such as communication, teamwork, and transition to the workplace.
