The Role:
What You’ll Be Doing: As a Media Buyer (Facebook | iGaming), you will play a key role in driving scalable, profitable user acquisition across high-volume traffic sources. This is a high-impact role as you will be responsible for transforming advertising spend into consistent ROI through structured testing, optimization, and scaling. You will work with large daily budgets, direct offers, and a full internal infrastructure, focusing not on short-term spikes but on sustainable performance. You will own the full acquisition funnel — from creative hypotheses and launch to optimisation and scaling — making data-driven decisions based on core metrics such as CPA, CTR, EPC, and FTD quality. Compensation includes a base rate, with the opportunity to participate in a performance-based profit share tied to agreed metrics. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of Facebook Ads mechanics, and the ability to balance aggressive scaling with traffic quality and long-term profitability.
Your key responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns for iGaming offers at scale
- Manage and scale budgets with a strong focus on ROI / ROMI
- Analyze and control key performance metrics (CPA, CPM, CTR, EPC, FTD, IPM)
- Run structured A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and approaches
- Collaborate with creative, tech, analytics, and farm teams to achieve targets
- Generate high-quality traffic while maintaining scalability and profitability
- Continuously identify growth opportunities and propose new hypotheses
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in media buying or traffic arbitrage (iGaming)
- Proven experience working with budgets of $1k+/day or $50k+/month
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics and clear decision logic when performance drops
- Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns while maintaining positive ROI
- Solid creative skills: trend awareness, visual judgment, and clear creative briefs
- Experience with PWA and/or iOS WebView applications
- Ability to work with both volume-driven and quality-focused traffic approaches
- Confident, data-driven decision-making in fast-paced environments
