Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in London for a Junior FX Broker (Spanish/English) at Bleu & Partners. The role involves providing daily support in managing foreign exchange transactions, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying opportunities to deliver value through tailored FX solutions. The Junior FX Broker will also assist in market research, client portfolio analysis, and facilitating seamless execution of currency trades. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential to support the firm's wide range of international clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 200–300 daily outbound calls to decision makers.
- Identify how Bleu & Partner's FX solutions reduce costs, protect margins, or improve payment efficiency.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline – nurture leads with discipline from first call to close.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Uncover currency exposure, hidden fees, or operational inefficiencies.
