You will lead, monitor, support and motivate the Visitor Services Team in providing the highest possible visitor service experience for visitors to Bletchley Park.
Reporting to the Visitor Services and Retail Manager, you will have demonstrable experience of leading and motivating others and be comfortable assisting with day-to-day operations. You will be reliable, confident, able to self-motivate and work under your own initiative; and have the ability to deal with queries and complaints calmly and efficiently.
This role is predominantly working across (and moving between) our front of house areas to engage face to face with our visitors and support our team of Visitor Services Assistants. This role is public facing and as such a dress code is in place.
Working Hours: This is for a full-time position, working 10 days out of 14 on a rolling 2-week basis, including alternate weekends and leave cover as needed. Normal hours of work will be on a rolling basis. Overtime may be required to cover the needs of the business.
Based on site at Bletchley Park, Milton Keynes (MK3 6EB) you will receive an annual salary of £26,500, rising to £27,846 after successful probationary period, depending on experience, and 33 days annual leave per year (including statutory holidays).
