The mission of the Bletchley Park Trust is to attract, engage and educate people from all over the world to inspire them with Bletchley Park's crucial role in World War Two.\\n\\nInspiration, engagement and education are at the core of its activities and the role of Learning Coordinator supports the delivery of a varied formal and informal learning programme.\\n\\nAbout the role:\\n\\nAs Learning Coordinator, you will work as part of the Learning team to provide a warm, professional, and informative welcome for Learning groups on arrival, and to support the logistics of their visit as needed whilst onsite. You will also play a key role in preparing and monitoring resources and assisting with the administration of the Learning programme, including producing schedules and compiling reports.\\n\\nAbout you:\\n\\nTo be successful you will have previous administrative experience, excellent organisational skills and be confident communicating in a busy visitor facing environment.

You will be a team player who is able to provide a high level of customer service delivered with a calm, professional approach.\\n\\nThis post will include frequent movement around the site to facilitate the arrival of coaches and working with groups in our Learning Centre.\\n\\nYou will be proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel. Previous experience of online booking systems would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.\\n\\nPlease visit the Bletchley Park website for the full job description.\\n\\nConditions and Benefits:\\n\\nThe salary is £21,970 per annum (£25,350 FTE) depending on experience.\\n\\nThis is a part-time role of 32.5 hours per week, usual office hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am until 4.00pm.
