St Thomas Catholic Voluntary Academy is a lovely and friendly school situated in the parish of Our Lady and St Thomas of Hereford in Ilkeston. We have 227 very kind and welcoming children at the school; dedicated staff and excellent facilities. Responsibilities

  • Teaching a class, including planning, recording, assessing and meeting the social and learning needs of pupils
  • Maintaining the positive Catholic ethos and core values of the school
  • Fulfilling the professional responsibilities of a teacher and meeting the expectations set out in the Teachers' Standards
