Key Responsibilities and Duties of a Care Support Worker:
- Providing person‑centred support to a range of service users in their homes, community settings, residential care homes or hospitals
- Support with mobility (hoisting)
- Support with the administration of medicines
- Accompanying service users to appointments
- Food preparation (fluids and nutritional intake)
- Respite care
The position will be subject to satisfactory DBS and references.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Full valid driver’s licence and own transport desirable but not essential
- No qualifications needed, but experience in care is highly advantageous
- Blessed Hearts will provide full training and can support you to apply for a DBS if you don't already hold one
Job Types: Full‑time, Contract, Permanent, Part‑time
Salary: £12.21 - £14.00
Ability to commute/relocate: Wolverhampton – reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
