As part of this development, BCWCAT will become part of the Carlo Acutis Catholic Education Trust, which will serve approximately 45 schools β€” offering members of the central team an exciting opportunity to gain broader experience and exposure across a larger, more diverse family of schools.

Working closely with the Head of HR, the successful candidate will play an integral role in shaping and developing an HR Service that supports and strengthens our workforce, and which ultimately contributes to the quality of teaching and learning experienced by our pupils.
