Blenheim Estate is seeking an MRICS-qualified surveyor to manage and grow its commercial property portfolio while identifying and delivering value-adding development opportunities.
This varied, autonomous role combines commercial property management with property development, requiring strong commercial acumen, relationship management skills, and the ability to lead projects from appraisal through planning and construction.
Reporting to the Head of Property and Development, the successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the Estate's property portfolio and driving long-term financial returns within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
