Main purpose of Job:
Responsible for the timely processing and quality control of data bordereaux from brokers, managing data flow into VIPR, resolving issues and ensuring compliance with binding authority agreements and regulatory standards, supporting underwriting and reporting functions.
Key tasks:
- Receive, review and process incoming Written, Paid and Claims BDX from Coverholders / Brokers in line with Binding Authority Agreements.
- Ensure data quality is in line with Lloyds Coverholder Reporting Standards and V5.2 Template.
- Cleanse, map and upload bordereaux into our BDX Management System – VIPR.
- Maintain Bordereaux Trackers in place to monitor receipt of data and query resolution.
- Identify and investigate anomalies, missing data, and contract breaches.
- Support the wider DA Team as required.
Key personal skills required:
- Accurate with a good attention to detail.
- Ability to form good working relationships and work as part of a small team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Be able to analyse and interpret data accurately.
Educational level, key technical skills, knowledge, and professional qualifications required:
- A Levels or equivalent.
- Strong Excel Skills.
- Experience with working with Vipr, or an alternative bordereaux system would be a positive but not necessarily essential.
